About Crystal Atlantis

Founder of Dimensions to Healing | Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher | Ancestral Healing Practitioner | Holistic Complementary Therapist

Crystal is a conscious and transformational activator who channels sacred insight and wisdom, supporting others through profound healing and awakening, and guiding them to remember who they truly are.

Crystal supports people in navigating life’s transitions with greater awareness, helping them uncover the deeper purpose, wisdom, and soul gifts hidden within their experiences. Through this process, transformation becomes not just healing, but a journey of remembering who they truly are.

She is an intuitive Shamanic Practitioner, Teacher, and Holistic Therapist, devoted to facilitating deep transformation and reconnection to the soul’s path.

Rooted in the Andean Shamanic Tradition, Crystal is a full Mesa Carrier, offering a grounded and integrative approach that honours the whole person — mind, body, spirit, and soul.

Through her work, she holds a safe and powerful space for individuals to release what no longer serves them, reclaim their power, and step fully into alignment with their true essence.

Her work is centred around in-depth ancestral healing, soul retrieval, soul remembering, and shamanic healing, supporting individuals in addressing the deeper roots of imbalance rather than simply managing surface symptoms. With warmth and professionalism, Crystal holds a safe and steady space for clients to release limiting patterns, restore energetic balance, and reconnect with inner clarity and personal sovereignty.

Since beginning her own healing journey in 2005, Crystal has developed an approach that weaves together traditional shamanic practice, ancient techniques, and holistic therapeutic understanding. Sessions are intuitive yet structured, blending depth with grounded support — empowering clients to create meaningful, lasting change.

Crystal’s path has been shaped by training and guidance from respected teachers, including Fotoula Adrimi and Fi Sutherland of the ISIS School of Holistic Health, the late Lee Hilfiker of Sacred Way, and many other mentors who have supported her development along the way.

These teachings carry connections to a rich tapestry of shamanic traditions and lineages. Fotoula Adrimi has trained with internationally renowned shamanic teacher Sandra Ingerman, Himalayan shaman Bhola Banstola, and other Indigenous and Western teachers from different traditions. Lee Hilfiker’s own path was similarly shaped through study with respected Indigenous teachers, including Don Manuel Quispe and Don Alverto Taxo, whose teachings contributed to the Andean wisdom and practices she shared with her students.

Together, Crystal and Gary travelled to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to train directly with Lee Hilficker, where they were initiated to teach the Medicine Wheel and pass these teachings on to others.

Their shared path of learning has also taken them to the Amazon Rainforest in Peru, with future study in the Andes of Peru forming part of their continued commitment to deepening their knowledge, experience, and relationship with these traditions.

Together with her husband Gary, Crystal facilitates shamanic courses, ceremonies, drum journeys, house clearings, blessings, and workshops — creating spaces that are deeply ceremonial, grounded, and welcoming.

They also respectfully facilitate ceremonies incorporating Rapeh (Hapé), Sananga, and Bobinsana, held with care and integrity as part of a wider ceremonial practice.

At the heart of Crystal’s work is a clear intention: to support people in returning to balance, reclaiming inner strength, and living with greater authenticity and wholeness.

Recent Professional Development

I recently completed the Soul Retrieval Practitioner Course with The ISIS School of Holistic Health, including practitioner case studies and 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

This training deepened my understanding and practice of Soul Retrieval, Soul Release, Soul Remembering, and Body Part Soul Retrieval, enriching the soul healing work I already offer within my shamanic practice.

It was a deeply moving and transformative training, both personally and professionally. Through the case studies and healing journeys, I witnessed profound shifts as people reconnected with lost aspects of themselves, released what no longer belonged, remembered the deeper purpose and gifts of their soul, and experienced a greater sense of wholeness, clarity, empowerment, and connection.

This work continues to be one of the most beautiful and profound healing pathways I have the privilege to facilitate.

About Gary Langford

Co-Founder of Dimensions to Healing | Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher | Andean Mesa Carrier | Firekeeper | Drumming and Journey Facilitator

Gary is a Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher with a deep connection to ancient traditions, the natural world, sacred ceremony, and experiential learning. His approach is grounded and practical, creating a steady and supportive space for people to explore shamanic practice, healing, and their own connection with spirit.

His shamanic path developed through years of involvement with drum circles, spiritual communities, ceremony, and earth-based practices. After meeting Crystal during a sweat lodge ceremony in 2011, their paths began to unfold together, leading to many years of shared practice, ceremony, learning, and teaching.

Gary’s shamanic development has been shaped through training with Crystal Atlantis, as well as other teachers and mentors encountered throughout his path. He is a full Mesa Carrier within the Andean Medicine Wheel, having undertaken extensive training, practice, and initiation within this tradition.

Gary later travelled with Crystal to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to undertake further training directly with the late Lee Hilficker of Sacred Way. Lee’s own path was shaped through study with respected Indigenous teachers, including Don Manuel Quispe and Don Alberto Taxo, bringing connections to the Andean teachings and traditions she shared with her students. Through his training with Lee, Gary was initiated to teach the Medicine Wheel and pass these teachings on to others.

Gary and Crystal’s shared path has also taken them to Iquitos in the Peruvian Amazon, where they experienced the Amazon Rainforest, Indigenous traditions and ceremonial practices, deepening their connection with the natural world and their understanding of earth-based spiritual traditions. Their journey of learning continues, with future study in the Andes of Peru forming part of their ongoing commitment to deepening their knowledge, experience, and relationship with the traditions they practise and teach.

Gary is also initiated into the Munay-Ki Rites and trained as a Firekeeper. Sacred fire, drumming, shamanic journeying, and working with the land are important aspects of his practice. Within his healing work, he facilitates Illumination and other shamanic processes, supporting people to release energetic imprints and repeating patterns, restore balance, and reconnect with greater clarity and direction.

Drumming has been an important thread throughout Gary’s path. He previously led the Earth Keepers Shamanic Drum Circle and now facilitates drum journeys, workshops, ceremonies, and community gatherings alongside Crystal. His work with the drum helps create a strong and grounded space for journeying, connection, ceremony, and transformation.

Beyond his shamanic practice, Gary has a longstanding fascination with ancient cultures, sacred landscapes, traditional skills, and the ways our ancestors lived in relationship with the land. He brings extensive experience as a group facilitator and educator, delivering immersive history workshops for schools exploring prehistoric beliefs, Ancient Greece, Saxon culture, Vikings, and Romans.

Gary has also held leadership roles with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and The Prince’s Trust. He offers bushcraft and survival experiences and occasionally guides visits to prehistoric and sacred sites across the UK, bringing together landscape, history, ancient knowledge, and spiritual awareness.

At the heart of Gary’s work is a desire to make shamanic practice grounded, experiential, and accessible, helping people reconnect with the natural world, ancient wisdom, community, and their own inner guidance.

“Crystal’s shamanic healing is amazing and wonderful — it’s like going on a life journey for your highest self. She starts by making you feel welcome, and I felt really relaxed. My session was insightful and transformative: blockages in my heart were cleared, and I felt rebalanced in mind, body, and spirit. Crystal, I am so grateful for the healing you have given me. Your gifts are truly powerful. I definitely recommend this and will return.”

How We Work Together

As partners in both life and service, Crystal and Gary work side by side through Dimensions to Healing, bringing together their individual strengths, experience, and shared love of shamanic practice, ceremony, ancient wisdom, and connection with the natural world.

Together, they facilitate shamanic training, ceremonies, drum journeys, workshops, house and land clearings, and blessings, creating grounded and welcoming spaces where people can experience shamanic practice, reconnect with themselves, and explore their own spiritual path.

Crystal and Gary also regularly attend spiritual, holistic, pagan, and community events as stallholders, bringing Dimensions to Healing out into the wider community. Their stall offers a carefully chosen and handcrafted range of shamanic and spiritual tools and items, while Crystal also offers Shamanic Healing sessions at selected events.

Both Crystal and Gary facilitate workshops and experiential shamanic practices at events, including guided drum journeys and opportunities to explore shamanic teachings in an accessible and supportive way.

Community is also an important part of their work. Throughout the year, Crystal and Gary hold community fire ceremonies around the Equinoxes and Solstices, creating a space for people to come together in ceremony, connect with the changing seasons and cycles of nature, release, give thanks, set intentions, and share in the warmth and connection of sacred fire.

Whether someone meets them through a healing session, ceremony, training course, workshop, community gathering, event, or simply stops by their stall for a conversation, their intention remains the same: to create a space rooted in authenticity, respect, empowerment, and connection.

“Crystal is an amazing healer. I had an intense session where I felt safe and held. Her attention to detail is excellent. The session incorporated a drum journey and energy healing. I left feeling enlightened, lighter, and at peace with myself. Thank you, Crystal 🙏”
