I chanced upon Crystal’s stall at the Pagan Fair in Chemlsford and was drawn in by the idea of a shamanic healing. I am not sure if words can do justice, but it was surreal and highly emotional. In the small conversation we had at the end, it was as if Crystal peered right into my soul. It was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. I feel inspired and recharged, and ready for what’s to come.

Before my soul retrieval session with Crystal, I just didn’t feel like myself. On 2/02/26, I had a Soul Retrieval session with Crystal, and it was truly life-changing.

Crystal is an amazing and compassionate healer, teacher, and friend. At the time of the session, I was going through a very stressful period in my life. I was caring for my elderly mum on my own, as she is no longer independent. I was also dealing with difficult dynamics with my brother, while carrying my own unresolved pain from my divorce, leaving the UK, and being away from my daughters. It all felt heavy and overwhelming.

When I saw Crystal’s post about the Soul Retrieval work she had been studying with powerful teachers and friends, I felt immediately called to respond. Within minutes, she messaged me asking if I would like to be a case study. I couldn’t believe the timing — I truly needed that support.

During the session, Crystal began drumming and journeying to retrieve parts of my soul. She uncovered a painful soul contract that deeply resonated with the patterns in my life. She then retrieved three significant soul parts: one connected to my divorce, one from when I was around six or seven years old, and one from a past life involving my brother.

Everything felt so real, powerful, and deeply healing. The experience was liberating — I immediately felt as if a heavy armour had been lifted from me.

In the days following the session, I went through waves of anger, mood changes, and powerful realizations. Then something shifted. I began to feel like myself again — like I was many years ago. Lighter. More serene. More hopeful. Words can’t fully describe it.

Even 20 days after the session, I still feel amazing. Each day brings new awareness about what is happening around me and how to respond to people and situations with greater clarity and strength.

I completed my Munay-Ki Rites training with Crystal from Dimensions to Healing on the 18th of September 2024, and it was nothing short of life-changing. Crystal did a remote egg cleanse to help my son. He has neuro divergency & has been feeling very oppressed by trying to ‘fit in’, ‘be like others’. I had a karmic cleansing from crystal on starting The last part of the healing i felt extremely heavy with dense energy. When crystal started to work on me i felt the left side of my body tingling especially when crystal was using the drum. Crystal is an amazing compassionate, powerful and very connected Shaman/Healer, I known her now for many years and she was always unbelievable! The Ancestral healing that received was out of this world , I had a masi e shift on my father lineage that after 55 of my life I finally feel lifted and release from all the contracts , vows etc that my Ancestors done causing lots of pain, shame , guilt and so on, for many generations and I feel with Crystal, magic, wisdom and power I finally shift a plague that afflicted my family history. During the session’s meditation, I found out some very interesting information from quite a way back in my lineage. We cleared any heavy energies and I felt an energetic shift, which has helped me step forwards.

I had an ancestral healing ceremony done by Crystal and found it to be very beneficial.

We had a conversation about the work and what to expect, then we started a meditation where I was able to listen to someone that came forward with an important story that made a lot of sense also. The energy of what happened was cleared and I felt something lift from me.
