Fire Ceremonies
Fire Ceremonies are sacred gatherings held in deep connection with Spirit, the elements, and the natural cycles of the Earth. Fire has long been honoured within shamanic traditions as a powerful ally for transformation — a living presence that helps release what no longer serves, illuminate truth, and support renewal.
These ceremonies offer a safe and grounded space to come together in prayer, intention, and community. Through working with the sacred fire, we honour both the light and the shadow within ourselves, allowing old energies to be transmuted and new pathways to emerge.
Honouring the Cycles of Nature
Throughout the year, we gather to mark the turning of the seasons, holding Fire Ceremonies around the Equinoxes and Solstices to honour balance, transformation, and renewal. These sacred gateways invite reflection, prayer, and alignment with the rhythms of the Earth.
Fire may also be woven into courses, initiations, and despacho ceremonies, where it becomes a powerful ally in holding intention, offering prayers, and supporting deep energetic release.
Preparing for Ceremony
You will be invited to bring two sticks to the fire:
A plain stick — representing what you are ready and willing to release. This may hold old patterns, emotions, beliefs, or energies that no longer serve your path.
A decorated stick — representing what you are choosing to welcome and invite into your life. This can be adorned with symbols, colours, or intentions that reflect your becoming.
Through prayer and intention, the release stick is offered to the flames, allowing the fire to transmute heavy energy, while the invitation stick anchors new possibilities and forward movement.
Participants are also warmly invited to bring a small offering of food to share, honouring community, reciprocity, and the spirit of gathering.
Fire as a Sacred Element
Within shamanic traditions, fire is honoured as a powerful element of transformation. It illuminates what is hidden, burns away what no longer serves, and supports the alchemy of change. As offerings are placed into the flames, the fire carries prayers to Spirit, helping to release the old and make space for the new.
To sit with the fire is to witness transformation — not through force, but through intention, surrender, and presence.
Offering & Exchange
Fire Ceremonies are held on a donation basis, helping to keep the space accessible to all who feel called.
A suggested contribution is £2 or more, or whatever you feel able to offer from the heart.

Fire ceremonies can be experienced within community, as part of our training courses, or held as a private, deeply personal rite of passage.
